As the Garrison Pool, Aldershot is reopening at the end of this month, the Competitive Development Squads will be able to increase their water time by 2 hours per week.

Senior Squad 13+ years will now enjoy another 4 hours of long course training making 6 hours long course per week with a total increase in hours to 12.

Inter Squad 10-13 years will be adding a further 2 hours at the Spectrum on a Thursday evening and increasing their total hours per week to 10.
