Competitive Development

The Competitive Development Squad is a friendly and competitive programme catering for ambitious youngsters from 11 to 18 years old.

In a fun and nurturing environment swimmers are trained to perform to their best at galas and open meets. Emphasis is placed upon developing skills in all four strokes as well as building a sound base of fitness and strength.

Training sessions enjoy a happy and motivating team atmosphere. Members can select from a wide variety of training session options ranging from 4 to 14 hours per week.

New members are welcome to join throughout the year. All trials are free of charge and are arranged specifically for you.

The Competitive Development Squad is managed by highly motivated professionally qualified ASA Coaches with a caring and dedicated approach.
