Please ensure that in advance of taking part in all live sessions that athletes are fit and healthy to do so. This includes being injury free and well hydrated. These sessions are aimed at competitive swimmers of all ages, however, it is important that swimmers attend the correct session. Sessions from 7am are targeted at swimmers at a regional standard and higher. Sessions from 8am onwards are targeted at regional standard and below.
All under 18’s taking part in activities should be supervised by an adults, who should ensure the sessions are suitable for them.
Please ensure you are participating in a safe environment, with room to do the exercises and using appropriate equipment.
Wear comfortable and suitable clothes for the land training sessions and ensure you have your water bottle near to hand.
