Guildford City Dominate Surrey County Championships for 17th Consecutive Year

In the longest streak in Surrey County history Guildford City continued it’s many long years of success by winning all of the Trophies once again at this year’s County Championships. Dating back to 2004 the Club has remained the gold standard for swimming in Surrey and shows no signs of letting that diminish.

Chief Coach Richard Garfield was delighted with the results ” We are extremely proud of all of our swimmers and their Coaches. They have maintained the very highest standards of training throughout the year and once again their perseverance and dedication have been rewarded with these very impressive results. On the final day at the London Aquatic Centre Guildford City or the University of Surrey ( made up of all Guildford City swimmers) won every single relay bar three. Next year we will attempt to have a clean sweep and win them all”
