Congratulations to Emma Day who has been selected to swim for Great Britain at the Tokyo Open between 16-23 June.
Richard Garfield said “It’s a great honour to compete for Great Britain in this prestigious event. The Japanese will be using the Open as there trials for the Pan Pac Games ( equivalent to our Commonwealth Games) so the standard will be very high. British Swimming are looking ahead to the Olympics in Tokyo 2020 in sending out a young team to compete now. Emma is currently working very hard in her preparation and will learn invaluable lessons from this amazing opportunity.”
