Swimming in the 200m Free Piers Bowden, Henry Offin and Rubens King put in fine performances with Rubens making the final and coming 10th overall. Henry Offin went on to swim in the 200m Fly and Piers Bowden in the 50m Back coming 10th in the Final.

In the Women’s 100m Free Anna Cutts (14), Molly Robinson (15) and Ellen Thomas (21) had some great swims with Anna coming 9th in her age group final in 1.00.13 and Ellen 4th in 56.44.

There were some amazing races in the Women’s 200m Breast. Tatiana Belonogoff (14) gained a Bronze in her Final in 2.36.38. Katie Hodgson put in a great performance in the 16 years age group. Rosanna Arnold (15) and Alicia Wilson (15) had fantastic swims coming 5th and 6th respectively in 2.35.74 and 2.37.87. Sophia Wilson (14) swam a brilliant race and gained a well deserved Gold in her Final in 2.34.90. Lucy Bean (18) and Emma Day (18) had another exciting battle in their Final with Lucy coming 5th in 2.32.32 and Emma 7th in 2.32.79.

The Relays finished off the day with the Men’s 17yrs and Over 800m Free Relay consisting of Riaan Steyn, Charlie Pullan, Frederick Biggs & Joseph Clark. The Team came 7th in the heats and improved on their position and time in the final finishing 6th in 7.46.65.
