Sophia (14) and Alicia (15) Wilson were back in action in the pool both putting in strong performances in the 100m Backstroke with Alicia going on to swim the 100m Fly.

Also swimming in the 100m Fly were Emma Day (18) and Ellen Thomas (21). Emma had a great swim earning her a place in the final where she came 8th in 1.59.18. Ellen also had a fabulous swim gaining a Silver medal in her age group Final.

Joseph Clark (18) and Henry Offin (15) put in fine performances in the 200m Free with Henry coming 8th in the Final in 1.59.18.
