Katie du Plessis started off the session with 200m back coming 12th in her heat. Niamh Armitage also swam in the 200m Back and came 9th in 2.25.08.
Noa Doest swam in the Men’s 100m free improving on his entry time in the heats and also in the final in a time of 59.74 coming 9th.
Maia Shouksmith had a great swim in the heats of the 50m Breaststroke coming 13th in a time 36.44. Isabella Fakkel had an amazing swim improving on her entry time in the heats and then coming 1st in the final in 34.63 winning a well-deserved gold.
Charlie Trotman had a great race coming 9th in the heats in 1.16.76. Sergiu Chete also had a good swim finishing 14th in the heat.
In the Women’s 200m back Kate Windle put in a fine performance and finished 8th in the heats. Tilly Hansen-Hamilton had some great swims improving on each swim and finished 2nd in the final claiming a well deserve Silver medal. Lucy Minikin also had a great race in the heats in a time of 2.24.28 and coming 5th in the Final.
Charlie Pullan swam in the 50m Fly and put in some solid performances coming 6th in the final in 26.35.
Olivia-Mae Cameron (16) swimming in the S8 category finishing in a time of 38.40 with 480 British Disability points.
The Women’s 800m Free Relay team finished off the session with Anna Cutts Lucy Minikin, Niamh Armitage and Ella Kenway finishing in a tine of 9.12.43.
