It is with great pleasure that the Management Team can confirm that Guildford City will be re-opening on Monday 12th April for swimmers under 18 years or in their final year of school/college, following government confirmation this week. Unfortunately swimmers 18+ will have to wait until May for further news.
Please check your swimmer’s squad on TeamUnify via the ‘My Account’ menu option. There has been little change since before lockdown.
Training Times
The training times can be found via links on each squad’s individual webpage on the Guildford City website www.gcsc.co.uk . Please note that as the Aldershot Garrison is still closed until at least May the replacement Senior A session will continue 4-6 pm at Surrey Sports Park on Saturdays.
County C, Junior County B, Dolphins, Otters & Tadpoles
Swimmers in the above Academy Squads will continue in the sessions they swam before lockdown unless a change has been agreed by membership. The selected day(s) are available on each swimmer’s individual member’s page under the ‘Members’ tab in the ‘My Account’ section on TeamUnify. If you are unsure or wish to discuss the options available please contact Liz Simmons liz.simmons@gcsc.co.uk as soon as possible.
Satellite School Pools
The Satellite School Pools at Cranmore, Guildford High (after half-term) and Notre Dame are all re-opening for the Summer Term. St. Catherine’s will re-open in September. Nicole Smith the new Satellite lead coach will be sending out an email to parents of swimmers at each satellite centre in due course. Please note that due to the shorter hire period available at Cranmore School we will be offering swimmers at Cranmore the opportunity to swim on a day of their choice at the Spectrum during half-term Tuesday to Friday. Further details to follow.

COVID Restrictions
Covid restrictions prior to the last lockdown will remain in place until further notice.
Summer Invoices
A link to the Summer Invoices was emailed via TeamUnify on 1st April with a due date for payment of 30th April.
