In recognition of their exceptional work, Co-Lead coaches of National Youth Squad; Jo Tierney and Claudia Clements have been selected to join the British Swimming ‘Women in Swim Coaching’ initiative.

The ‘Women in Swim Coaching’ initiative brings together female coaches who have placed athletes on Home Nation and British Swimming championships, with the intent of learning and sharing together in ongoing bespoke leadership workshops from Olympic and Paralympic coaches.
