All boxes on the application form must be completed in order for the form to be processed. Your application will be delayed if details are missing and you may lose the slot/s you want if we have to email you for the required information.
Clinics cost £79 each with a discount of £9 per clinic if six are booked within one family.
Payment details will follow on receipt.
GCSC reserves the right to a) cancel or change camps and clinics and in such circumstances a refund will be made and b) decide whether a swimmer is of sufficient standard to benefit from our camps and clinics programme.
Cancellations: Once booked refunds will only be issued if the space can be filled by another swimmer even in the case of illness or injury. We are unable to offer complimentary replacement clinics on future programmes.
We are unable to offer to find a replacement swimmer within one week of the clinics programme starting on 26th May
All bookings must be made via the APPLICATION FORM. We cannot hold any places via an email request.
