We will be holding a Level 2 short course Open Meet from 23 – 24 November 2024. The objective of the Meet is to provide opportunities for swimmers for fast short course swimming at the end of the Short Course season.
AGE GROUPS: Age groups are: 10 & 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18+.

EVENTS: Events will consist of 50m, 100m and 200m of all four strokes, 400m, 800m and 1500m freestyle and 100m, 200m and 400m Individual Medley ( 10/11 year olds not eligible for 400m IM, 1500m and 800m Freestyle.)
There will be a Junior Final (ages 15 and below) and a Senior Final (ages 16+) for all 50m, 100m and 200m events. All remaining events will be heat declared winner in each individual age group.
If there are less than 8 swimmers competing in a final, the Promoter may take the decision not to run it.
Events will be seeded into heats from submitted times with slowest heats swum first. Heats will be swum in a spearhead formation. In events where there are finals, the last three heats will be cyclically seeded.
The Opening date for entries is: 19th October 2024
The Closing date for entries is: 2nd November 2024
Entries must meet the published minimum qualifying standards and all such entries will be considered. All entry times must be verifiable from the British Swimming Rankings.
Entries may be restricted to keep the session times within appropriate timescales. The acceptance of competitors will be based on fastest times submitted by age group. Details of accepted and rejected entries will be posted on our website as soon as possible after the closing date. Rejected entries will be refunded.
