PLEASE ONLY COMPLETE THIS FORM IF YOU ARE A UK TAX PAYER AND ARE THE NAMED PERSON PAYING THE FEES TO GUILDFORD CITY SWIMMING CLUB. (HMRC will potentially check the payment details against the form.)

THE FORM WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY EMAILED TO MEMBERSHIP ON CLICKING THE SUBMIT BUTTON.

A proportion of the squad fees for all swimmers is shown separately on your invoice. This is the amount the club will declare as for Gift Aid. Using Gift Aid means that we get an extra 25% from the Inland Revenue, helping your membership fee go further.
This means that £100 can be turned into £125, just fill out the form below.
Imagine what a difference that could make to club finances, and there is no extra cost to you!

    the tax that the charity reclaims, you can cancel your declaration.
    If you pay tax at the higher rate you can claim further tax relief on your Self- Assessment tax return.

    Data Protection Act – Privacy Policy

    In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation 25 May 2018, we will ensure that all information held by the club is accurate, kept up to date and secure and that it is used only in connection with the purpose and activities of the Club. We will hold the data for 3 years after your last contact or from when you leave the club and then any information will be destroyed.
    The information will be disclosed only to those members of the Club / Swim England for whom it is appropriate and necessary. Swimming England has registered with Data Protection on behalf of member Clubs, counties and regions, enabling them to hold personal data of members etc.
    Records are kept on computer / Icloud platforms. Keeping information in this way enables us to run the club more efficiently.
