Autumn Term 2021 Training details, Risk Assessments and Revised Covid Incident Form from 31 August 2021

It is no longer necessary to complete the Mandatory Training Form. The COVID Incident Form is still a requirement should you have a COVID related incident with any family or close contacts or as a result of a NHS Track and Trace notification.

Everyone should wear masks when inside the sports venue unless they have a medical exemption or are under 12; however, under 12s are encouraged to wear masks as well. Swimmers, coaches and teachers do not need to wear masks when taking part in an activity although they may do so if they wish. Everyone should endeavour to stay socially distanced and continue to use hand sanitiser.
