The 9-12 year olds travelled once more to Oxford for the 2nd Round of the Milton Keynes Junior League Division 1 where they faced a tough task against Oxford City A Windsor Ealing Staines A and Brompton. They took it all in their stride!

They won an amazing 33 events and took 11 second places of the 49 events. They won all the relays bar 2 and with a demonstration great team swimming achieved 7 first places in the final 7 events. What a way to close out a team gala! The roof almost came off as they smashed the opposition in the final Squadron relay.

All attending coaches – Sally, Laura, Steve, Andy and Jo – are hugely proud of the team both for their efforts and their team spirit.

The final round is on September 13th for the Division 1 championship. Winning this will progress Guildford City into the Southern Final of the Junior Arena League. All support will be most welcome!
