Guildford City hosted the 3rd round of the Milton Keynes Junior League at Spectrum Leisure Centre on Saturday 10 September and were delighted to win with a margin of 71 points.

Sally Williamson County Coach Reported:
“Our 9-12 year old team has retained the title of Milton Keynes Junior League Champions for the third year running.
On Saturday at Spectrum they took on Clubs from Ealing, Hillingdon, Epsom, Teddington, and Barnes. The strength and depth of the team was best shown in their winning all but one of the 17 relay events.
Individual winners were Henry Prickett, Max Mullooly, Louise Bressler, Lara Turan, Jamie Pickering, Katy Mitchell, Alex Paton and 2 wins from Max Windle.
Overall, to the delight of their coaches, they had 26 1st places and 11 runners up spots during the 49 event gala.

The team now progresses to the Southern Area Final at Weston-super-Mare on October 2nd and continue their quest for a place in the Junior Arena League Grand Final on November 27th at Corby.”
