Wavepower 2016/19 – ASA’s Child Safeguarding Policy and Procedures
All ASA affiliated Clubs have been recommended to implement the Policies and Procedures contained in the Wavepower document available on the Amateur Swimming Website by following the link above. The document contains Codes of Conduct, mandatory requirements, practical information and good practice guidance all in one place. Guildford City Swimming Club has adopted Wavepower and it is part of the conditions of membership that members should read and abide by Wavepower.

It is to be used by all club members eg club officers, parents, children, volunteers and paid staff. This will help to ensure that everyone involved in the sport can play their part in safeguarding children, young people and those who work within the sport.
